Dear Mr Khoo,
I am writing the mail in conveying my appreciations and gratitude on your professionalism and caring on my younger daughter (Loo Wei Fang) who was undergone the spleen removal operation on May 12’ 19.
Honestly, it was a critical moment at the time when Mr Khoo shared with me on the CT Scan report. Your clear, precise and detailed explanation had convinced me to make the right decision for my daughter.
In addition, your calmness and decisive had gained my confidence in sending my daughter to the operating theater.
We are lucky to have Mr Khoo as the surgeon for the operation and of course our best friend for his caring, advice and passion.
