Besides being a very talented and skillful surgeon, Mr. Khoo is resourceful, courteous and compassionate. When our father needed emergency treatment in the middle of the night, Mr. Khoo immediately attended to him at the hospital. Dr Khoo then admitted our father for further treatment. Before long, our father made a fantastic full recovery.
